
Susan Drolkar lost 67 kilograms (147 pounds) using a sensible vegetarian diet and moderate exercise. She also found benefactors willing to sponsor her weight loss and raised enough money for approximately 13,500 meals for the monks supported by the Sera Je Food Fund. She dedicates her whole effort – a three-year process – to Lama Zopa Rinpoche, her guru.
