![]() Thank you for the entries in our Photography Contest The simple generosity of a child offering an apple was submitted by Sarah Cramer, 23, of Charlottesville, Virginia. Sarah graduated with a BA in anthropology and studio art with a photography concentration. Her journeys, with camera, have taken her to Africa, Nicaragua, Australia and Europe. The contest will continue until the launch of the new youth organization, Loving Kindness Peaceful Youth, later in the year. The grand winner will be announced in the February-March 2008 issue. You could win a Shakyamuni Buddha portable altar kit, a DVD of ‘Discovering Buddhism’ and a one-year subscription to Mandala. High Resolution Requirements:
Prints – Please provide high quality prints – at least 5 x 7 inches or larger; 35 mm slides or 4 x 5 transparencies Digital Cameras – (5 megapixels or larger) Set at the highest capture resolution – 8 bit. Send either RAW or jpg format via email to the editor or send on a CD. No sharpening please.
